I have returned the product on sep *th
Till now refund not initiated.
Ajio manager told me on oct *th that refund will be initiated by oct *th.
But when i called customer care on oct **th they said that they had resolved the issue on oct *th and said they received non ajio product.
If they have resolved how can manager say me that on oct *th.
Please help me to get the refund
