Fleek Technologies Private Limited claim to provide OTT and other subscription at a discounted price. I chose to buy a annual subscription of Unstop through the app. It said i can pay *** rs using fleek coin and rest *** rs any other payment method. I paid the *** rs using UPI on ** December **** and received a coupon code which I was supposed to apply on the Unstop website. When I applied the coupon code, the invalid coupon prompt was showing up. I called the number provided in the app and I'm being told that i'll receive the refund by evening today or by tomorrow morning, it was delayed due to some technical error every single day since ** December ****. Today is ** December and i called them at **:** PM and they said i'll receive the refund by *:** PM in the evening today. When I went on internet, I found that i am not the only one to whom they did this.
