I ordered * clothing apparels from the website
https://thehouseofrare.com/
amounting to a total of ₹ **,*** on April **, ****.
On *nd May the website said the items were returned.
I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED IN * DAYS.
It has been almost * weeks they are always promising a refund will be initiated but it never happens.
SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVED NO EMAILS NOR any links for refunds. I am a student and is in severe need of the money and cannot let this go by. Please help respected sirs/madams.
