I had booked the following tickets through Makemytrip on Goair flights. Due to lockdown, these flights were not in operation. Goair has confirmed that the refund has been done with the travel agents. I have been following it up with Makemytrip, but there is no response from their end. I have also written to there CEO, but all in vain. I request you to please help me in this matter.
