I had booked a trip to Andaman and Nicobar Islands with Travbond. It was a * day trip and seeing their reviews online, I booked the trip. My trip was scheduled on the *th of April ****-**thApril ****. Due to the pandemic I decided to cancel it and asked them to refund the amount. They said they would give me a credit note for the amount, after I spent * months calling and emailing. I had no choice and accepted the offer of credit note. Till now there has been no update regarding the same. No response to calls and their emails only say that they need more time, *-* days more, etc. This is an absolute fraud by Mr Anshuman who is not answering his phone nor properly replying to emails.
