I have purchased a laptop replacement lcd screen from ebay.in on **th August and payment done through netbanking. Due to address issue seller have request me to cancel the order on **th August. I have cancelled the same on **th August. On **th I have received an sms from ebay stating that my claim for refund has been approved and refund will be received within * to * working days. But till date I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. I have contacted ebay customer service two times. Every time they said that they are experiencing technical issue hence there would be a delay in processing the refund. Till date I have not received the refund.
