I order a smart band from the club factory app and canceled the oder with in ** mins of my oder placed before even it got received my oder no. SO*********. Showed it is refunded from their end i got a mail showing Paytm of ***.** INR done in facebook_user_*************** and it will be received in * -** working days its been ** days since in got this message from Club factory. I made payment through my master card. Please file my complaint on the issue...and do the needful as soon as possible.
