Zobbykart contacted me related to some gift scheme with a purchase of *** or above. I purchased a powerbank amounting to ***/- and they called back stating that a laptop will be sent to me if I pay a GST of *,***/-, which I did. Then, next day they called and asked for courier service insurance charge of aroung *-*,***/-, which I denied and thus asked for the refund of the GST amount I paid. They promised the full refund after the powerbank is delivered, but though I got the powerbank, they never called back or replied to my emails or even picked up the calls when I dialled.
