I had ordered a Canon D**** product from Flipkart through Debit card EMI option. The total price of a product is INR **,*** and in * EMI. But, I cancelled the order due to some reason and Flipkart refunded my amount (according to Flipkart on **th May but unable to provide any cancellation number). Then I check with my bank. The bank is saying it is pending from the seller side. Then again I checked with Flipkart and they agreed it failed when the seller tried to refund. Below are the details for reference:

Previously also bank shared by the mail that It was pending from seller side. I contacted Flipkart they agreed that it was pending from the seller side. I raised the issue on Twitter, then a member from Flipkart social media team Mr Avik Chatterjee contacted me and informed me that it was pending from seller side and will refund the amount before **th July. I also suggested him if a refund is not possible then provide me with the product, he agreed to share this with the seller. On **th July he called me and said it was already refunded on **th May and change his wording or information which he delivered on **th July. Even Flipkart is refusing to pay the amount and suggested me to contact the bank. The bank is saying seller did not cancel the order. What should I do?. Bank and Flipkart are not helping me. Even Flipkart is not ready to share seller details or sharing any refund proof. This making me mentally sick and it is not possible to pay INR **** every month for me just for nothing. Even I have not received any cancellation message confirmation from the seller and even it is not showing in my app. This is impacting my health and work also. Kindly look into the matter and try to sort it out as soon as possible.
