I have placed an order for dress in vastrova.com. I received the wrong item which doesn't even worth *** Rs/- but I paid **** Rs/-. I contacted vastrova.com customer care after several follow up emails. Finally, I was told to return the product by self courier (it costs me *** Rs/-). I haven't received a refund for the last * weeks. The customer care team is not responding to emails.
