Complaint Against Pepe Jeans India Limited for Non-Refund of Returned Product
I am filing this complaint against Pepe Jeans India Limited regarding the non-refund of an amount of ₹*,*** for a returned product.
I placed an order for two pairs of jeans on ** May **** through Pepe Jeans India Limited. The order was delivered on ** May ****. After receiving the products, I initiated a return request for one pair of jeans on ** May ****.
The returned item was picked up by the courier partner on * June ****. Subsequently, on * June ****, I received an email from Pepe Jeans confirming that they had received the returned product. On ** June ****, I received another email stating that the return request had been closed successfully.
However, despite the return being completed and acknowledged by the company, the refund amount of ₹*,*** has still not been credited to my account.
I have contacted Pepe Jeans customer support multiple times through email regarding this issue. Every time, I receive a generic response stating that my issue has been escalated to the concerned team and that they will get back to me soon. Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided and the refund remains pending.
I have also attempted to contact their customer care helpline several times, but I have never been able to speak with a customer service representative. The automated system continuously states that all representatives are busy on other calls.
As of ** June ****, more than three weeks have passed since the returned product was received by the company, yet my refund has not been processed.
