I booked two rooms in this hotel. After check-in, I found that bed bugs in both rooms, cockroaches in the room, tv /phone and geyser not working. When we complain the same with hotel team they offer us another room but the condition is the same in that room also. When we again complain they say it can happen in a hotel we can't do anything and the behaviour was very rude. Whatever the money we paid we could not receive service accordingly. Oyo brand and hotel peoples are making fool to their customers. Hoping your cooperation and we want our money back.
