I have booked round-trip flight from London to Hyderabad on Jan *th ****. Travel dates were *th March and return date is **th March. The flights were cancelled due to ongoing war. I have filed for a refund request. It shows I am eligible for a **k refund(my original ticket price is **,***). But now it shows I'm not eligible for refund. There is no way to contact them. I have given my UK number and I couldn't reach out to them. Please help.
