My order number is GI**********. And I am so fed up with Giva that after writing several mails because they charged double amount in my COD order. Finally I have received the refund Link of razorpay. Which was supposed to activated in ** hours. It's still not activated. For every time even for a small thing I have to write the mail. When informed that has been not activated they asked me the screen recording video which I have already sent. their customer service is so poor and slow .I was really frustrated and disappointed. I'm a very often buyer of a Giva products. But after this unprofessional behaviour of the refund I doubt that ever I will shop again from giva in future. Also I had the ongoing order of rs **** which I am going to cancel because I don't trust Giva anymore. Please help me to refund my amount
