I am writing to express my concern regarding a refund of ₹**** for a car cleaning service that was never fulfilled.
I initially booked the service for April **, but no one arrived on the scheduled date. Upon following up, I was informed that the cleaner would now come on May **, which was not acceptable. As a result, I requested a refund.
According to their team, the refund was processed on April ** and was supposed to be credited within *–* business days. However, today marks the **th day, and I have yet to receive any refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I have reason to believe the refund was never actually initiated, as I’ve received no transaction confirmation or credible update.
Please look into this matter urgently and provide proof of the refund transaction or process the refund immediately. If not resolved promptly, I may have to escalate the issue further.
Looking forward to a quick resolution.
