We have purchased Club Resorto package on *th March ****, but later we found that its fishy and We initiated refund process on **th March ****. They accepted request and told us that we will get refund in ** days. Till today we are only getting dates but no refund. We are now fed up of following up with them as everytime they give new date with some nonsense reason that account was freeze so not able to refund money. This type they give new date which was ** September. When i called on **th September, they are saying that 'Maam you forgot the date, it was ** October'. This way every time they are providing new date.
