I placed a return request for a product I ordered, no delivery person showed up for the pickup. I contacted customer care and they instructed me to deposit the product in the nearby showroom. After this, delivery personnel came to pick up the product and canceled pick up every time they came and delivery personnel is still knocking on my door for a return. The product was sent to the warehouse I placed the order on Aug **** and I still didn't get my refund.
