When I reached the hotel the hotel manager asked for extra money. I called up OYO and they said to pay me money to the hotel which they would refund me later. I paid the money in hotel counter and sent all details with photo of the receipt etc.
With lot of communication with oyo, they said they had sent me money which would reflect in my account in * to ** days. But nothing has come to my account yet.
