I ordered Medicines on **nd April ****. It was delivered to me in damaged condition on **rd April **** and accordingly it was returned to them on the same date. It reached to their warehouse on **th April ****. According to the customer care representatives,It was expected to receive the refund by **th April ****. After continuous followups with them over emails and calls, they told me that it will more take ** hours to receive an update. It's *th day of May ****. I am calling them daily and today their representatives are telling me that we don't know that when you will receive the refund as it is is not update by their team. The reason of delay in refund is also provided by them. Every-time they tell me that i will the refund in my Medlife wallet or in bank account but again they fail to provide the same.
They are not ready to refund my amount.
