I booked.air ticket for air india airlines thru Yatra.com travel agency. Later my.flight got cancelled and there was no option to rebook hence they cancelled my booking and told me I'll get my full refund in ** to ** working days. They processed cancellation and refund on *th February so it's been more than * months now and there is no intimation about refund. The customer service number doesn't work and they are not even replying on emails. Please help me to get my money back.
