Dear sir, I paid for the membership in ** February ****. Due to unexpected financial crisis, I requested cancellation of membership on ** February ****. Till now no response from Company's side. Phone and e-mails are not responding. My membership number is CVTR*BCLUB*LB******. Kindly do the needful. I paid but received nothing other than a receipt. Now it's ** months. What am I missing? How to get my refund? Please help me in this regard.
