I have not received any refund amount of the AirIndia Ticket booked on ** Aug **** from Bagdogra to Delhi journey on ** Sep ****. The journey was cancelled from the Airline side due to West Bengal State imposed Lockdown. And from that time, both Balmer Lawrie and AirIndia have been doing Ball Game and not refunded my hard earned money till date despite approaching both numerous times. Extremely annoying and irresponsible attitude by both the Organisations.
