Dear Sir/Mam,
Hope you are well.
I am Avneesh Chauhan, I have enrolled my self at Simplilearn, wherein I have enrolled my self on ** Nov **** and they have started my classes on ** Dec ****, I attend only single which was on ** Dec **** however I have checked the portal and I did not get it which I was looking for the course, after that so many emails sent to Simplilearn and also spoke to customer service and so many emails done then they have assigned the Power BI and SQL course.
I called to customer service on ** Dec and I spoke everything to them and I am not interested any more simplilearn, they have assigned the course to me which i am not interested now and i want my money back as they already cheated and misguided with me as i am not able to continue with Simplilearn anymore.
I would request you to please have a look on this matter and provide my refund back.
