I had ordered a Green Olive Women's trouser and a Fido Dido Men's T-shirt on **th June ****. However there were size issues and so I had requested for a refund of the Trouser and an exchange for the T-Shirt on *nd July ****. On *rd July **** my mobile was stolen (filed a police complaint for the same) and hence my registered mobile number was inactive for * days.
On Friday *th July **** an associate came and picked up both the items from my residence. No receipt was given on pick up as always.The associate who visited my residence for pick up has visited my residence for delivery of orders placed in the past. An exchange for the T-shirt was received by me on Sunday *th July **** and till date I have not received my refund for the trouser.
On inquiring with Myntra I was told that the trouser was not delivered and hence my refund request was declined. After speaking to customer care I was told that the matter would be investigated and within ** hours my query would be resolved. I have called customer care on about *-* occasions, I have explained the entire case to each executive and further explained the situation to * different people at the escalation desk (total of ** people). I have wasted my precious time of about **-** minutes on each call (total of * */* hrs). I was also asked to send details via email which I have done on * occasions but the only update that I have got till date is that the trouser was not delivered which is the same as the first update and very much the reason for escalating this matter.
The fact that I received an exchange for the T-shirt very well indicates that the T-shirt was delivered back to the return desk.
But I fail to understand how the trouser was not delivered although the T-shirt and the trouser was picked up by the same person at the same time.
It is very surprising that the Myntra customer care did not have any details of the person who visited my residence for the pickup.
This information made me believe that Myntra employs any Tom, Dick & Harry which is very risky for any customer.
This entire incident has made me believe that Myntra encourages fraudulent activities like these which are carried out by their so called Tom, Dick & Harry associates.
It is very disappointing that the customer care department of Myntra fail to understand the "customer" and they don't really "care" to get genuine issues resolved because of which we customers are the only ones who suffer losses in terms of our precious time, hard earned money due to their negligence in employing genuine employees.
Attached is the screenshot of the email received for pick up of the item on *th July ****.
I demand that necessary investigation be conducted and the amount along with applicable interest for the number of days Myntra kept this amount with them for no fault of mine be credited to my account at the earliest.
