Myself D Devidas booked Chardam Yatra through South India Travl during March-**, and as token of advance I paid ******/-. Before booking the tour they gave the confirmation that if at all the tour gets cancelled due to covid they return back the full amount which i Paid. And for that refund amount they issued a credit note, but they dint refunded the amount. Im in follow up with them over phones and mails but they are least bothered to respond to mail nor to phones. Request your help in getting the amount as refund
