I had booked * rooms from agoda.com on **st may **** and had cancelled the booking on **th may **** . The date provided to us for free cancellation was **th may **** and the amount deducted was not mentioned or received back by the company. The company do not have any personal customer service to help with such grievances and therefore I was not able to talk to a personnel on the matter.
