Hi,
I was asked to submit cancellation request in the mid of March for my flight tickets as my flight was suspended dated April *st week. Due to covid, the goibibo customer care informed me that my itinerary is cancelled and full refund will be provided within ** days.Now it has been more than a month since the status says refund is processed but I never got my refund till now.
