had placed an order on ** February **** for an iPhone ** (***GB), which was later cancelled by your team due to a damaged product. I was assured that the refund would be processed within * days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the refund is still pending.
It has now been several days since my last communication, and I have not received any confirmation or update regarding the refund status. Additionally, due to this delay, EMI charges have already been applied to my credit card, causing financial inconvenience.
