Dear Team,
I have a purchase * *xl shirt form your website on dated ** Feb ** with order number U****** My total bill amount including taxes and shipping charges is Rs. ****.**/-. Which i paid on at the time of COD.
Due to size and material issue i have returned the same and requested for refund through your WhatsApp helpline number.
Parcle is collected by your partner delhivery limited on * Mar. **.
But My return is still not credited in my bank account for the same I am trying to connect your WhatsApp helpline number from last * days no one is giving me any appropriate answer on your WhatsApp service.
Request you to please look into this matter.
