I enrolled my daughter into Oda weekly trial class for Rs. **/- where I liked it and wanted to continue it. So I decided to enroll my daughter but as I am a single mother and not so financially strong I asked for EMI options, for which her mentor teacher Mr. Harsh agreed.
I paid ****/- as *st EMI. Later I received a call from Mr. Harsh that I can't go for EMI options due to some technical issues. Henceforth I raised enrollment cancellation request for which they said that until n unless I pay the full amount refund process can not be initiated. So I took credit from my frnd and paid them the remaining amount of Rs.**,***/- on **rd June. Prior to this I received a mail from their official mail id confirming that my refund will be processed and money will be refunded within * days of the request.
After that I have not received any call from their end and no one is responding and replying on the mail.
I request you to plz help me as I am in need of money.
