- Refund not received ^Open

One day byjus based on my activity on their website called me & asked for a meeting with education counsellor then he also told that of u don't like u can take ur own decision

Next day, **St may ****, * academic counsellors came at my home, told me that it is a scholarship fee ...which is available to only u...explained about product in detail..he also said if u want u can easily cancel the admission..my parents were not convinced but still i thought that if it is going to get reuturned then i should not worry ..

On the same day before both of them i paid **** for byjus tablet ias course in advance through gpay..i was not getting cibil score. So he suggested me to pay with help of bank statement ...but i didn't opt for that..didn't feel it secure..so on the same day ie on the **St itself i cancelled the admission by simply sending an email..

I fulfilled all the requirements of documents...still I did not get refund back in my account..

My account was credited successfully by * rupee on *nd July ****...by digiotech solutions..

I was told that it would get refunded within * to * days...it has been ** days...still refund has not been successful..

I have approached byjus on toll free number and also on mail several times...but i didnt get any call from the concern team uptil now..it was so time wasting

This is not the way to handle a query..
Due to this ignorance, I am unsatisfied to my query..

Please take action on byjus...even it's my money it's like i am begging for that...

I seen so many complaints against byjus on this web only..i don't know why still this company is allowed to make wrong promises to consumer.
