preposterous level of customer service received.
my travel booking was canceled and I was communicated that my money will be refunded within * business days. It's been more than * weeks and by looks of it, it's looking like Travolook doesn't plan to refund my money and is just a fake set up to extort money out of people.
I have been calling customer care number and everytime I have been assured that the money will get refunded to me in next * days.
I am fed up of this harassment I have been made to go through. I call up the number, wait on IVR for ** mins and then am just hung up on.
