On *th Mar **** I ordered Voltas Mega **E Cooler and product got delivered on **th Mar ****, On **th Mar **** i raised return request due to product manufacturing defect after multiple chasers on call, emails. Tatacliq agreed to my request on **th Mar ****, then product was picked on ** Mar **** from my place and now I'm still waiting for the refund amount.
As per customer service they returned the money on *th Apr **** but i didn't receive anything in my account.
