I ordered a unisex puma black shoe in Myntra and cancelled the order. I prepaid for that order, so I was expecting a refund of Rs.**** from them. But they haven’t processed the refund yet. They said they processed it on **th jan. it’s been almost a month now and I didn’t receive it yet. They gave me a reference number and asked me to contact my bank. But my bank replied back saying, there is no refund that has been made with that reference number.
