I have ordered on **.**.**** a Mivi Collar bluetooth ear phone and after receivng the product , i was not satisfied with the product and returned within stipulated time. since then they are not updating the status only saying that the product is under testing and when i raised the issue in consumer forum and after all these months now the company says they have received empty box. how can they say that when i have sent the product in july itself. i want my refund and this company needs tio understand that they can not simply tell that the returned box was empty after * months of receiving the product.
