I was booking a ticket with IRCTC and payment was done through PAYTM Gateway but the Transaction Failed. I have not received the refund from the last * month. Has reached out to IRCTC Multiple times but they say it is pending from PayTM Gateway side. Unable to reach PayTM Directly through their toll free number.
