Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Order No. O******
Dear NNNOW Customer Service Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the customer service experience I have encountered in relation to my recent order, Order No. O******, which was cancelled on ** July.
Since the cancellation of my order, I have made nearly ** attempts to contact your customer care team. On each occasion, your agents have assured me that my refund would be processed within ** hours. However, to my dismay, no progress has been made, and I have not received any refund.
Furthermore, I have requested multiple times for my calls to be transferred to an escalated department or for contact details to be provided, but my requests have been ignored. Additionally, I have not received any written assurance via email regarding the status of my refund.
My frustration has reached its peak, and I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional approach of your customer service team. I have even requested a call back, but that request has also gone unanswered.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to my refund issue. I believe that such a situation should not occur, and I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in your customer service processes.
I look forward to hearing from you and receiving a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
