I had a flight booked in February and was subsequently cancelled by the airline because of Covid. After several follow ups with the airline, I received a confirmation that refund processed and transferred to travel agent (Makemytrip). Since then I am following up with makemytip for the last one month with no acceptable responses. All their communication systems doesn't help including email, telephone, online request form, chat bots. I am communicating through their twitter handle where I only receive generic responses like "we are working on your request". This is frustrating as they have not provided with proper communication to record our grievance and to seek help in refund. In this regard I am seeking Voxya help to get this refund processed at the earliest. My booking id with make mytrip NN*************
