I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking made through Happyfares. The booking was mistakenly made for Mumbai to BLR, and within * minute of confirmation, I immediately raised a cancellation request.
However, during my interaction with their customer support team, I was met with unprofessional behavior and misinformation from your agents, Abhishek Kumar Deb and Himanshu. Their rude conduct and lack of proper assistance have caused me unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction.
Given that the cancellation request was raised instantly, before any ticket utilization, I am fully entitled to a ***% refund. I strongly insist you treat this matter with urgency and process my complete refund to the original payment source without any deduction.
