Hello, I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Thailand and a return ticket back to Bangalore. Had booked Indigo from Bangalore to Thailand and a return ticket from Thai Airways with a PNR-**XL*D. Due to unforeseen circumstances, immediately the day after I booked the tickets I met with an accident and have a major injury in my back and due to this I had to be on bed rest for atleast * weeks and avoid travel for around * months. Hence, with all these relevant medical records I had reached out to both Indigo and Thai airways and they approved my refund obliging my request. I did receive the refund from Easemytrip for one way from Indigo, however to receive the refund from Thai Airways they would need to raise an RAA (Refund Application Authority) requesting for the same. Its been more than * weeks I had raised this request with Easemytrip and they still have not raised this RAA request to the airlines and there customer support team is least bothered to help me on this. NEED HELP!!!
