I, Sushil Kumar Gupta, have booked the Indigo flight on **.**.**** from Hyd. to GOP with booking id EMT********
For this booking amount is deducted twice from my credit card. Now, even after one and half months are passed, I have only mail assurance and not the refund. Does it take ** days to process a refund.
