A train ticket was booked on ConfirmTkt for Train ***** MS Guruvayur Express from Kayankulam to Aluva on ** March **** (PNR: **********, Booking ID: TK*********T**). The train was officially cancelled by Indian Railways due to technical reasons. An official SMS was received from Indian Railways confirming the cancellation. Despite this, the ConfirmTkt app never updated the cancellation status, never notified about filing a TDR, and never guided the customer in any way. Being a first time experience, it was trusted that refund would be automatic within * days. After * days of waiting, ConfirmTkt was contacted. Their customer care disconnected the call, ignored the chat for over *.* hours, and finally said refund is not possible because TDR was not filed — even though they never informed about it at any point. This is a clear failure of customer responsibility. Official Railway SMS proof is attached. Full refund of ₹*** is requested.
