Booked a flight on MakeMyTrip for which the travel date was *th April ****. Complete country was under lockdown at this time and all flights were cancelled. So for this booking, airline (SpiceJet) has initiated the full refund but MakeMyTrip hasn't processed the refund yet. They are still showing the credit shell which has already expired on **st March ****. As per government policy, if the credit shell is unutilised, the amount needs to be refunded. I have been trying to reach to makemytrip customer care via Phone, Email, Twitter but all in vain. There's been no response from MakeMyTrip.
When airline has processed the refund, why there's any problem to Makemytrip in refunding it back to customer?
