I have ordered Sparx shoes from Flipkart worth Rs. *** but due to some quality issue I had returned on **th May. Usually, Flipkart issue the same day refund. But in my case, I have closed my mobile no. * months back but the profile is going on in my google chrome.
So they said they issue a refund on ** to ** but failed due to some other reasons. Now they said I have received one link on mobile no. (Which is I don't have) on that link, I have to mention another bank details which is not possible. I have account user name password email id. But even they just said that link will be work on mobile no only.
I am frustrated to call them daily evening and morning but they only give me the date to resolve issue and backend team are working etc. I even asked about that please issue a Flipkart cash on the same account i.e. gift voucher but it seems they want to grab my money. I need help.
