I booked train tickets using ease my trip using booking ids: EMT********* & EMT*********, Later i cancelled these train bookings and a refund of **** & **** respectively was expected, Easemytrip says refund is already processed on **'th Oct **** to my credit card but it is still not done and now i need to pay this bill for my credit card , whenever i contact to easemytrip customer care they says by *-** working days it will happen, but already about a month is passed but refund not yet recieve and easemytrip does not take this serious
