I paid Rs.*,**,*** to Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. (Invoice No.
PHD/****, Jan ****) for a Fastrack PhD program with
Sikkim Professional University with committed
completion by Jan ****. Program never completed.
No degree, no progress update delivered in *+ years.

I requested refund on * Feb ****. Aimlay confirmed
in writing on ** Mar ****: "Refund successfully
initiated and under processing." Still NOT received
till date despite their own written confirmation.

Multiple follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to
top management  completely ignored. Zero response.

Already filed complaint on National Consumer Helpline
(consumerhelpline.gov.in) with full documentation. Docket No: ******* (Mobile No: **********)

Request Voxya to urgently intervene and direct Aimlay
to immediately refund Rs.*,**,*** with interest.
