I have ported my numbers ********** (ported in February **** - Rs. *** refund due) and ********** (Ported in December **** - Rs. *** refund due) and received Refund Emails for both the numbers from Vodaphone Idea and also received cheque details via Emails and Emails mentioned that cheque will be delivered within ** working days, but no cheques were delivered to my address. When contacted Vodaphone Idea office in Sector-**, staff there are harrassing me and finally now showing their helplessness. I made numerous visits to their office at least ** times, but no response. Please help
