I booked a dress on **/**/** on ladyindia.com and on **/**/** one person sent me a WhatsApp message stating the dress isn't available with them and I asked her to cancel my order. On repeated messages with her on **/**/**, she sent me a message stated the refund was initiated. Till date, I didn't get my refund and I followed up with the payU team for the refund status and they said there was an insufficient balance in the merchant's account. I am attaching the mail copy from them and all the details are in that mail only. She is not responding to phone calls or messages.
