received a damaged product so I returned it immediately after receiving the product, on the same day itself it was collected back by the courier. After two days I received a message that the product failed quality check. I contacted the customer care and first they said I had returned a different product i.e wrong product, I was shocked and stressed after hearing this as it is an expensive product. I escalated the call to the supervisor then he said that the product is damaged and they need * days time to investigate the issue. * days passed no information was shared. After * days (approximate) I called them again they said me to wait for another **-** hours. I told them that I have the unboxing video and pictures of damaged product and if they need it I will share it with them. * days passed again, now when I called, a new story I heard from them that the product box is damaged during transit that's why quality check failed. I saw the unboxing video again and product box was also damaged. I shared the pictures and unboxing video of the damaged product with them on * Nov ****. Still waiting for my refund. No response from them. Every time I had to contact them. Pathetic Customer Care.. Seriously!! Fraud Sellers on the platform looting Customers hard earned money.
