I had placed order for sofa set with nice maple on **th Nov **** which was estimated to b delivered within **-** days, as I did not receive any update from Nice Maple on my order I contacted them various time in the end only to be told that the order is damaged in transit and order will have to be cancelled., and since then the nightmare have started of no refund and all lies that their finance department will contact and provide more information on transaction but no info nor refund status have been provided, I have called them numerous times and now its *rd April as I am writing this and the response from their customer service is same .. its is very frustrating that so many months my money is stuck with them and I looked up the reviews outside their website and found its the same issue many others are facing too.
